Refund policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cc2wse@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If an item is broken after use please carefully read the following, the buyer is responsible to contact the manufacturer for warranty. If the item is returned back to us, used or broken, without prior approval, the item will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. Please reach out to us for any assistance on warranties or repairs.
