Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This does not include Pre-Spooled Reels, although we try and get them out within 3-5 business days it may take up to 14 days to ship during the busy season, which is May-September.
We do offer free shipping for orders over $150.00, however oversized, special packaged items wether it is weight or dimensional may be subject to shipping charges. Examples would be Rods, Downrigger Weights, etc. You will see this during your check out process.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cc2wse@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store 75 N. Jebavy Rd., Ludington, MI 49431. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days, with the exception of Pre Spooled Reels, we will need 3-5 business days depending on how busy we are. It's always a good idea to send us a message or call in the summer. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Mon-Sat 7a-6p, Sun 7a-12p. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check with your carrier before trying to place an order with us.
